stock is lost, unable to ship to your destination, part description does not match, NSN

is different, item value too low, quoting direct, export restrictions, credit limits, material condition,

no government labels, no contract info, no DRMO data, unable to cross reference the p/n provided,

p/n not in our system, incorrect p/n, item reserved for production programs, your company quote/purchase order ratio below threshold, items are AN, MS, or NAS, etc.
